槽中极板部分是置换区,搅拌部分是浸出区。整个槽体及内部连接螺丝都采用硬聚氯乙烯材料,轴与叶轮都衬有环氧树脂层。连续浸出附属设施是:整流器和采用光电半自动程序控制的提升极板行走机构。
浸出的工作程序是:金精矿在硫脲溶液中不断搅拌下被浸出,并通过带负电位的铅极板置换出金,金呈松散层附着在极板上,每小时由第一槽起顺序将槽中极板提起沿导轨送至洗泥槽洗去杂质,最后再送至刷金泥槽,将附着在极板上的金泥刷下刷净的极板送回原槽再行置换,设置洗泥槽的目的是将极板上附着的硫化物粒子洗去,使金泥纯净。洗涤下来的杂持量不超过浸量的2%,并经分级,粗粒返回第一槽复浸,细粒的可作为金泥处理.
