新城金矿设备改造
1、将破碎振动筛骨架管换成厚壁无缝钢管,并将筋板全部改成凹槽形式,提高了筛体的整体强度,同时将筋板由原来的7根改为3根,增加了近30%的筛分面积。通过改造,极大地提高了筛分效率,缩短了开车时间,每年可节电12.7万kW·h,价值6.3万元。
2、将破碎系统原8#、11#破碎产品运输皮带合并,用长传动丝杠作牵引装置,对拉紧装置进行改造,解决了原11皮带的跑偏和打滑问题,简化了操作,每年可节约备件和电能消耗约5.2万元。将2#、5#圆锥破碎机给料皮带带速由1.25m/s降至1.0m/s,,皮带宽度由650mm加宽至800mm,降低了手选除杂难度和圆锥破碎机的故障率,提高了圆锥破碎机的破碎效率。
3、选用1台MQG2700×3600型球磨机代替原来的3台MQG2100×2200型球磨机,与1台2FLG-2000螺旋分级机配合,简化了磨矿操作,节省了备件库存费用,稳定了人选矿浆的浓度和细度。
4、精矿再磨系统选用1台MQY2100×3000型球磨机代替原2台MQY1500×3000型球磨机;分级设备改用聚氨酯材质的旋流器组,配有压力显示装置,安装维护方便,分级效率高于原旋流器5个百分点左右。安装使用后,再磨细度合格率提高了12个百分点,-0.043mm含量提高了4个百分点,氰化回收率提高了0.28个百分点。
5、先后对氰化作业的φ12m单层浓密机、洗涤作业的西12m三层浓密机进行了高效化改造,给浓密机安装给矿缓冲脱气槽,并在中心给矿处安装给料竖桶,桶下安装扩散板。改造后浓密机运行稳定,贵液跑浑现象消失,回水质量得到了很大改善。
